BlackVue Elite 9 2CH 4K Cloud Wifi GPS 64GB

The BlackVue Elite 9 2CH is an advanced dual-channel dashcam from BlackVue's top-of-the-range series. The Elite 9 is the successor to the popular Elite 8 and has been improved in several areas. The image quality has been improved to 4K + 2K, while compression with H.265 has become more efficient. It also has fast 5GHz Wifi for seamless file transfer.

4K + 2K 30fps videos

The BlackVue Elite 9 2CH films with razor-sharp Ultra HD 4K resolution (3840×2160) at the front and 2K QHD resolution (2560×1440) at the rear. Thanks to the advanced Sony STARVIS 2 image sensors, both cameras deliver highly detailed and high-contrast images, both during the day and at night. Number plates, traffic situations and details around the vehicle remain clearly visible, even in low light conditions.

HDR ensures that brightness and contrast are automatically adjusted to changing light conditions, so that image quality remains optimal in all circumstances.

Smart and discreet design

As we have come to expect from BlackVue, the Elite 9 2CH also has a cylindrical and minimalist design. This means that both the front and rear cameras are barely noticeable in the interior and do not obstruct the driver's view. The front camera can be rotated vertically so that it can always be perfectly aligned with the road.

Separate mounting brackets for the front camera are available for use in multiple vehicles (see accessories).

5GHz Wifi & Blackvue App

The Blackvue Elite 9 2CH is equipped with fast dual-band Wifi (2.4GHz and 5GHz). Thanks to the 5GHz connection, video images can be viewed and downloaded faster and more stably via the free Blackvue App for iOS and Android, without removing the Micro SD card from the camera.

BlackVue Cloud

In combination with the BlackVue CM100GLTE Cloud module, you can connect to your dashcam anywhere in the world. The module connects to the dashcam and you insert a SIM card with an internet connection into it. BlackVue Cloud offers the following features, among others:

- View and store videos in the Cloud
- Receive parking notifications
- Live GPS tracking
- Remote firmware updates
- Live communication and calling

BlackVue Cloud can be used for free on a limited basis. Paid subscriptions are available for more intensive use or fleet solutions.

Built-in GPS

Thanks to the built-in GPS receiver, speed and location are automatically added to the videos. With the Blackvue Viewer software, you can later see exactly where and when a recording was made. The speed display can be disabled if desired.

Advanced and economical parking mode

The Blackvue Elite 9 2CH features an intelligent parking mode to secure your car when it is parked. You can choose between motion detection or Time Lapse parking mode. In motion detection mode, both cameras are on standby until movement is detected around the vehicle. In Time Lapse mode, a continuous 1fps recording is made, which is later played back as an accelerated video.

In the event of an impact, the dashcam automatically switches to normal recording so that all details of the incident are captured. In addition, the Elite 9 2CH has a “Deep Park” mode, in which the dashcam remains in an extremely energy-efficient mode and only activates in the event of an impact. Ideal for long-term parking.

Includes multiple power supplies

The BlackVue Elite 9 2CH comes standard with a 3-wire hardwire kit required for parking mode. It also comes with a USB-C car charger with cigarette lighter plug for easy connection if you only want to use the camera while driving. Optionally, you can use the BlackVue BOC-300 OBD2 hardwire kit (see accessories) for easy Plug&Play installation.

Automatic low voltage cut-off

When using a hardwire kit, the Elite 9 2CH is protected against a flat car battery. The built-in low voltage cut-off system automatically switches off the dashcam when the battery voltage falls below a safe, adjustable value.

H.265 HEVC video compression

The Elite 9 2CH uses efficient H.265 HEVC video compression. This keeps the video files very high quality, while taking up significantly less storage space. This allows for longer recording times, even at 4K and 2K resolutions.

Support up to 1TB

The Elite 9 2CH comes standard with a 64GB Micro SD card, but it supports Micro SD cards up to 1TB. With a 1TB card, up to 100 hours of video can be stored on the SD card at a time.

G-sensor

The built-in G-sensor automatically detects collisions and hard shocks. In the event of an impact, the corresponding images from both cameras are immediately stored securely so that they cannot be overwritten or deleted.

In the event of an impact, a one-minute video is saved, including 10 seconds before the incident. When parking and using BlackVue Cloud, you will also receive a notification on your phone.

Built-in microphone

The Elite 9 2CH has an internal microphone that also records sound in the car. The microphone can be easily disabled via the app or software if desired.

CPL-2 polarisation filter (optional)

The optional BlackVue CPL-2 filter (see accessories) reduces annoying reflections and glare from the dashboard or windscreen. This provides greater contrast and clearer images, especially in bright sunlight.

Tamper-proof housing (optional)

A tamper-proof case is available for extra security. This prevents unwanted removal of the dashcam and protects the SD card from unauthorised access. Ideal for business use and lease cars.

Bluetooth button (optional)

An optional Bluetooth button is available especially for the Elite series. This button allows you to manually secure a recording without touching the dashcam. Ideal in stressful situations or while driving.

Date and time registration

All recordings are automatically stamped with the date and time, so it is always clear when an event took place.
