Withdrawal
With us, instead of the statutory 14 days, you have no less than 60 days to decide whether you are satisfied with your purchase. Within this 60-day period following receipt of your product, you may cancel your order and return it to us without giving a reason.
Should you exercise your right to return, we expect to receive the product back with all accessories supplied and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
Once you have notified us of the return, you have a further 14 days to actually send the product back. We will refund the full order amount (including any standard delivery charges for the initial delivery) to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you have notified us of the return. We may wait until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that it has been posted.
How do you request a return? (Within 60 days)
We are keen to make returning your order as easy as possible. You do not need to print out any paper forms. You can request your return digitally within 60 days via our returns portal:

Step-by-step guide to digital returns:
- Click on the link above to go to our returns portal.
- Enter your order number, address and email address.
- Select the product and the reason for the return.
- Choose your preferred shipping method and download your return label.
- Drop off the parcel at a collection point near you.
Exceptions to the right of return
- Products that show clear signs of use, meaning they can no longer be sold as new (during the cooling-off period, you may inspect the product just as you would in a physical shop).
