BlackVue DR970X 2CH LTE Plus II 4K Cloud Wifi GPS 64GB

The BlackVue DR970X LTE 2CH Plus II is an advanced dual-channel (2CH) dashcam from BlackVue's top-of-the-range series. This LTE Plus II version is a further development of the DR970X series and features a built-in 4G LTE module for permanent Cloud connectivity. The dashcam films simultaneously at the front and rear and is designed for drivers who want maximum image quality and reliability.

4K + FullHD 30fps videos

The BlackVue DR970X LTE 2CH Plus II films at the front in Ultra HD 4K resolution (3840×2160) at 30fps and is equipped with the latest Sony STARVIS 2 image sensor. The rear camera films in FullHD (1920×1080). Both cameras deliver sharp, high-contrast images, both during the day and at night, with important details such as number plates and traffic situations remaining clearly visible.

HDR technology ensures that brightness and contrast are automatically adjusted in difficult lighting conditions such as backlighting, tunnels or twilight.

Smart and discreet design

As we have come to expect from BlackVue, the DR970X LTE 2CH Plus II also has a compact and cylindrical design. Both the front and rear cameras are barely noticeable in the interior and do not obstruct the driver's view. The front camera is vertically adjustable and can be precisely aimed at the road.

Separate mounting brackets for the front camera are available for use in multiple vehicles (see accessories).

5GHz Wi-Fi & BlackVue App

In addition to the built-in LTE connection, the DR970X LTE 2CH Plus II also features fast dual-band Wifi (2.4GHz and 5GHz). Via Wifi, images can be viewed and downloaded locally quickly and stably in the free BlackVue App for iOS and Android, without having to remove the Micro SD card from the dashcam.

Built-in 4G LTE & BlackVue Cloud

The DR970X LTE 2CH Plus II has an integrated 4G LTE module, allowing the dashcam to be online at all times without additional accessories. You can insert a nano-SIM card with mobile data into the camera. With BlackVue Cloud, you can enjoy the following benefits:

Built-in GPS

The integrated GPS receiver automatically records speed and location with each recording. With the BlackVue Viewer software, you can see exactly where and when a video was recorded. The speed display can be disabled if desired.

Advanced parking mode

The BlackVue DR970X LTE 2CH Plus II features an intelligent parking mode to secure the vehicle when it is parked. You can choose between motion detection and Time Lapse parking mode. In motion detection mode, both cameras remain on standby until movement is detected around the vehicle. In Time Lapse mode, a continuous 1fps recording is made, which is later played back as an accelerated video.

In the event of an impact, the dashcam automatically switches to normal recording so that the incident is fully captured. Thanks to the LTE connection, you will immediately receive a notification on your smartphone.

Multiple power supplies included

The BlackVue DR970X LTE 2CH Plus II comes standard with a 3-wire hardwire kit for use in parking mode. In addition, a USB-C car charger with cigarette plug is included for use while driving. Optionally, the BlackVue BOC-300 OBD2 hardwire kit is available for easy Plug&Play installation (see accessories).

Automatic low voltage cut-off

When using a hardwire kit, the DR970X LTE 2CH Plus II protects the car battery from discharge. The built-in low voltage cut-off system automatically turns off the dashcam when the battery voltage falls below a set safe value.

H.265 HEVC video compression

The DR970X LTE 2CH Plus II uses efficient H.265 HEVC video compression. This keeps video files very high quality while taking up less storage space. This allows for longer recording times, even at 4K resolution.

Supports up to 1TB

The BlackVue DR970X LTE 2CH Plus II comes standard with a Micro SD card (depending on model) and supports Micro SD cards up to 1TB. This allows for very long-term storage of video footage from both the front and rear cameras.

G-sensor

The built-in G-sensor automatically detects collisions and heavy shocks. In the event of an impact, the corresponding images from both cameras are safely stored so that they cannot be overwritten.

In the event of an incident, a one-minute video is stored, including 10 seconds prior to the event. While parking and via BlackVue Cloud, you will also receive an immediate notification on your smartphone.

Built-in microphone

The DR970X LTE 2CH Plus II is equipped with an internal microphone that also records sound in the vehicle. The microphone can be easily turned on or off via the app or software.

CPL-2 polarisation filter (optional)

The optional BlackVue CPL-2 polarisation filter (see accessories) reduces reflections and glare on the windscreen. This provides greater contrast and clearer images, especially in bright sunlight.

Tamper-proof housing (optional)

For extra security, an optional tamper-proof housing is available. This prevents unwanted removal of the dashcam and protects the SD card from unauthorised access. Ideal for business applications and lease cars.

Date and time registration

All recordings are automatically stamped with the date and time, so you can always see exactly when an event took place.
