Dashcam geeft blauw scherm

Dashcam displays blue screen

, by Allcam dashcams, 1 min reading time

If your dashcam gives a blue screen - often saying ‘Mass storage’ or ‘PC mode’ - you probably have it connected to the PC or laptop. When you connect the dashcam to the computer, it is seen as a storage device (USB stick) and you can no longer operate the dashcam. In this mode, you can only use the dashcam to view or download files on the computer. To connect a dashcam indoors, it is best to use a mains USB adapter, such as the one for your mobile phone. A blue screen can also come if you use the wrong USB cable. To use the dashcam, you should use a USB cable that cannot transfer data.
